TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By authorizing this service order, the client agrees to the following terms:

Payment: Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, or credit/debit card payments via invoice. Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as significant increases in material costs, labor shortages, or unexpected site conditions beyond the initial estimate.
Scheduling: The client agrees to be available at the scheduled time for service. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance, or a fee of $50 may apply.
Legal Entity & DBA Usage: The Client acknowledges that all contracts, agreements, and legal obligations are with 'Woodhenge Builders Corp. CSLB Lic. 963558', the legal entity, which operates under the fictitious business name 'Resurx Home Services' for branding, marketing, and operational purposes. All legal rights, obligations, and liabilities under this agreement fall upon 'Woodhenge Builders Corp.'
Contractual Representation: Any reference to 'Resurx Home Services' in this context shall be understood as referring to 'Woodhenge Builders Corp.'
Subcontractors: Woodhenge Builders Corp., doing business as Resurx Home Services, reserves the right to engage and utilize subcontractors, independent contractors, afilliates, or agents to perform any or all of its obligations under this agreement. The use of such subcontractors will not relieve Woodhenge Builders Corp. of its responsibilities under this agreement, and Woodhenge Builders Corp. shall remain fully responsible for the work performed by any subcontractor as if it were performed by Woodhenge Builders Corp. itself. All subcontractors will be obligated to adhere to the terms and conditions of this agreement to the extent applicable to their services.
Warranty: Workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of completion. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse (e.g., using the installation for purposes it was not designed for) or neglect (e.g., failure to maintain as recommended), damage from external factors or normal wear and tear.
Liability: The service provider will exercise due diligence to ensure the work is completed without damage, but is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages resulting from work performed by others.
Changes to Scope: Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon with the client, potentially affecting the price and completion date.
Compliance: The client must inform the contractor of any local regulations, HOA rules, or other such requirements prior to the commencement of work. The contractor will adhere to these local regulations once informed.
Access: The client agrees to provide access to the work area, and ensure it is safe for our technicians to perform their duties.
Completion: Upon completion, the client must inspect and approve the work. Any issues must be reported via email or phone call within 48 hours for rectification.
Privacy: By agreeing to this service order, you consent to Woodhenge Builders Corp., d/b/a Resurx Home Services, collecting, using, and sharing your personal information (name, contact, payment details, project specifics) for service delivery, payment processing, project communication, marketing (if opted in), legal compliance, and security, with your rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Disputes: Should a dispute arise, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. If unresolved, this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, with legal jurisdiction in Orange County, CA.
