Seeking a Residential Plumbing Technician to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems which includes pipes, fixtures, and appliances. 

DUTIES INCLUDE:
 
  • Interpret Construction Plans: Read blueprints, sketches, and drawings for plumbing projects of all types.
  • Installation: Installing pipes, fixtures, and appliances like sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
  • Repair: Repairing plumbing systems, including leaks, broken pipes, and clogged drains
  • Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance on plumbing systems, including drain cleaning, pressure testing, and back flow prevention.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting malfunctioning plumbing systems.
  • Emergency Response: Responding to plumbing emergencies like burst pipes, flooding, and septic issues.
  • Documentation: Logging work and processing payments
  • Safety: Following state laws and regulations and adhering to local building codes
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintaining and storing tools and equipment properly.  
 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Plumbing Technician should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent customer service skills. Looking for a professionals who posses the following skills and qualifications:

  •  Physical Stamina: Be able to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces. Work in extreme environments while squatting, crawling, and climbing. Professionals seeking this job need the strength and endurance to perform these tasks.
  • Critical Thinking: Analyze construction plans, spot potential problems, and find ways to make repairs on existing plumbing, all of which require good critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented professionals who can follow precise instructions and plans, spot potential defects in materials, and take exact measurements
  • Communication Skills: Use verbal communication skills to maintain job safety and relay information while working with other construction professionals.
  • Innovative: Have the ability to take risks, be competitive, and be outcome driven.
  • Customer Oriented: Have be ability to prioritize customers needs by understanding and constantly meeting customer expectations, and making decisions based on those expectations.
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience
  • Ability to lift, pull, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • NEXSTAR or PSI Training is a plus.
 

JOB DETAILS 

  • Pay: $75,000- $100,000 based on experience. Payroll Only, paid bi-monthly. No Cash
  • Typical work week M-F from 8am to 5:30 pm (Some weekends)
  • Short to Long-term position
  • Location: On the road
