Estimate Validity: This estimate is valid for 7 days from the date issued. After this period, a new estimate may be necessary due to potential changes in material costs or labor rates.

Scope of Work: The estimate covers only the work explicitly described herein. Any additional work will incur extra charges and requires a separate agreement.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD, including materials, labor, and applicable taxes, unless otherwise noted. Prices may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as significant increases in material costs, labor shortages, or unexpected site conditions not accounted for in the initial estimate.

Payment: A 10% deposit is required to confirm the scheduling of the work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card through invoice.

Warranty: Workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of completion. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse (e.g., using the installation for purposes it was not designed for) or neglect (e.g., failure to maintain as recommended), damage from external factors or normal wear and tear.

Liability: The service provider will exercise due diligence to ensure the work is completed without damage, but is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages resulting from work performed by others.
