- Scope of Inspection. Comprehensive Review: This report covers an assessment of all visible and accessible plumbing systems in the property, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and where applicable, the water heater and sump pump. Limitations: The inspection was limited to what was visible and accessible at the time of the inspection. Areas behind walls, under floors, or within inaccessible systems were not inspected unless otherwise specified.
- Inspection Objectives. To document the current condition of the plumbing systems at the time of inspection. To provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance to ensure ongoing functionality and compliance with building codes (where applicable).
- Report Delivery. Timeline: The report has been delivered within after the inspection was completed. Format: The report is provided in a PDF format, detailing findings, photographs where necessary, and recommendations.
- Fees and Payment. Inspection Fee: The fee for the whole house plumbing inspection was $0, which was paid upon scheduling of the inspection. Additional Services: Any additional testing or services requested during or after the initial inspection have been agreed upon separately, with costs outlined in additional agreements.
- Warranty and Liability. No Warranty: This report does not provide a warranty or guarantee on the condition of the plumbing system beyond the date of the inspection. Liability: Resurx Home Services is not liable for any latent defects or conditions that could not be reasonably detected during the inspection process. The inspector's role is advisory, not to ensure the absolute safety or functionality of the plumbing system post-inspection.
- Use of Report. Client Use: This report is prepared for the exclusive use of the client named on this report. It should not be relied upon by other parties without explicit consent from Resurx Home Services. Disclosure: Any findings of this report must be disclosed to potential buyers if the property is put up for sale, as per local real estate laws.
- Resolution of Disputes. Any disputes arising from this report or the inspection process shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration as governed by the laws of the state where the property is located.
- Acceptance. The client has accepted these terms and conditions by having proceeded with the inspection.
- Acknowledgement. The client has acknowledged receipt of these terms and conditions by paying the inspection fee prior to or at the time of inspection.
